RuPaul's talk show is no more...

This latest bit of news might prove that people are finally feeling a little oversaturated with RuPaul at the moment. Reports are RuPaul's daytime talk show has been axed after its three-week trial run.

The show was initially described as a 'modern take on the talk show format.' The three-week trial run also saw Michelle Visage and Ross Matthews join Ru for co-hosting duties. At the same time, guests included the likes of Iggy Azalea, Adam Lambert, Paula Abdul, Matt Bomer and Ciara. However, even with those names attached, it wasn't enough to have the show picked up and put into syndication.

Don't fear too much. It's not like Ru doesn't already have enough on his plate. This year we're expected to be treated with a 12th season Drag Race, All Stars 5, a sophomore season of Drag Race UK, and let's not forget his first-ever scripted Netflix series, AJ and the Queen.

Maybe daytime television isn't quite ready for RuPaul, or perhaps this might be the beginning signs that people need a bit of a break from the world-famous drag queen.
