Life finds a way... It looks like the same can be said about iconic memes as well.

British TV channel NowTV commisioned an 8-metre statue to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Jurassic Park, rather than go down the predictable path of perhaps using a T-Rex or Raptor, they chose to go with the real star of the film, Jeff Goldblum as chaos theory expert Dr. Ian Malcolm.

Situated in Potters Fields with the backdrop of the Tower Bridge, the huge statue sees Goldblum lying on his side with his shirt open depicting his most famous and memed scene from the film... yes, that one.

Gotta be honest, he does seem like he's seen better days, but then again how can you replicate true beauty? Also, for those wondering how much an 8-metre Jeff would weigh, NowTV also has the answer. As it turns out, he weighs 150 kg. In British terms that's 48,000 teabags.

Damn, that's a lot of teabags!

Needless to say, Londoners have had a blast capturing selfies with Goldblum. Just search hashtag #JurassicJeff, and you'll be treated with some pretty hilarious photos. But don't go rushing to book flights over to London, Jeff is only visiting for 24 hours.

Someone bring him to Brisbane!
