Now in its 57th year, The Annual Queens Ball Awards is the longest running LGBTI event in the world. Each year the Queens Ball Awards celebrates and recognises individuals, organisations, and events that have contributed to Queensland's wonderful and diverse LGBTI community.

With 17 award categories covering everything from Activist of the Year to Young Achiever of the Year, it gives the opportunity to recognise the beautiful people who devote so much of their time in contributing to Queensland's LGBTI community to what it is today.

This year's awards will be presented during the 2018 Queen's Ball at Brisbane's City Hall on June 16th with voting underway for all nominees at the Brisbane Pride website. There are quite a few familiar faces nominated this year so get voting.
