Out actor and all-around hottie Russell Tovey has just announced his engagement to long-term athlete boyfriend, Steve Brockman.

According to The Sun, the actor told his friends and family this past weekend and he's reportedly “over the moon” about his upcoming wedding to the Rugby player.

Tovey has not been one for flaunting his romances publicly, but a source also claims, “behind closed doors, he is infatuated.”

While we may not know the finer details of their proposal, Tovey did tell the Daily Mail it was “completely unexpected,” and that he and Brockman were “looking forward to having a proper party to celebrate when back in London.”
