Been wondering what Drag Race season 9 winner Sasha Velour has been up to? As it turns out, she's been prepping to launch a new television show. In this flood of drag-related TV programs, what's one more added to the list?

Titled NightGowns with Sasha Velour, the series gets its name from the well-known venue NightGowns, that Velour created back in 2015. The revue is known for its inclusiveness and its ability to have artists experiment and immerse their audiences in the world of their own creation. Now it's coming to the screen.

NightGowns with Sasha Velour will chronicle how Velour adapted the revue into a stage production. Through eight episodes, the show will break down the eight "must-watch performances," focusing on the artists that the show is built around.

Currently, the series will air on mobile streaming platform Quibi in April. The new teaser below gives a taste of what to expect, and it is clear Valour is all about production. 

"We're transforming a system that doesn't work for us," Velour explains in the trailer, "I've always had a vision for what NightGowns could be, where each number feels like a completely different universe."

It looks like an intriguing watch. It's yet to be announced whether NightGowns with Sasha Velour will be available on any other streaming services as well.
