The Elizabeth Banks directed Charlie's Angels reboot starring Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, and Ella Balinska has released its first trailer. It's got all the action you might expect, and also a lot of Kristen Stewart proving gone are the days of her as a damsel in distress in Twilight, now she's a full-on action star.

Similar to the latest Men in Black flick, this reboot sees the Townsend Agency going international with multiple Angels guided by multiple Bosleys as the mysterious Charles Townsend's expands across the globe. The screenplay is penned by Elizabeth Banks from a story by Evan Spiliotopoulos and David Auburn.

Stewart and Balinska play seasoned agents Sabina and Jane, whos' latest mission involved protecting new client, Elena (Naomi Scott) who is a programmer in possession with some vital, top-secret intel which has made her the target for some serious bad guys.

It's pretty obvious that by the end of the film, Elena will end up joining the Townsend Agency and taking up the role of third Angel. Of which should make for some entertaining viewing.

This reboot definitely has big shoes to fill left behind by Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, Lucy Liu, with both movies proving to be box office hits, how will this new generation of Angels compare? Only time will tell.
