Bonds' latest campaign has set the Internet into a frenzy, and I totally love it!

Their latest underwear campaign in the lead up to Christmas features a same-sex couple, and of course, there are a few close-minded peasants in an uproar.

Dubbed "it's the Bonds that make the season," the campaign depicts two men who are believed to be a real-life couple sharing an intimate moment wearing their Bonds boxers.

The campaign continues the brand's new direction of showcasing diversity by using ethnically diverse models, and now it's taken it a step further by celebrating different forms of relationships.

While generally, most are applauding the brand, there have been a few commenting with their disapproval claiming the images are "inappropriate" and "tacky." Surprisingly it's been reported that AD Standards have received "less than five complaints about the campaign which are currently being assessed."

Most likely, these complaints have come from members of The Australian Christian Lobby who are probably going on with old "'Oh, please, think of the children!' Let's be honest. I think the general public has moved on from the outdated and backward debate that exposing a child to an image of two gay people kissing will make them gay. I grew up with an endless supply of heterosexual content and still ended up pretty gay. I think it's time we start giving children more credit.

I'm just going to get straight to the point the outrage about these images is simply a lame attempt policing LGBTQ+ visibility. If you are upset seeing two men kissing in an underwear campaign but are completely fine seeing a heterosexual couple doing the same, these images are not the problem, you are! And that's the T!

The fact that the praise outweighs the criticism in the comments is that ever-constant reminder that love trumps hate, so thanks Bonds!

Also in light of his recent comments someone should probably tell Israel Folau to find a new underwear brand.

Just a thought.
